Council members should be getting a bus pass instead of a parking pass. Yes I mean this.

Use it and expect council to use it... it improves immediately because we get past that ridiculous idea that transit is not cool and cars are essential. BRT should help. I'll personally commit to using transit for City business, and creating expectations for other elected representatives to do the same.
