Could London build nicer neighbourhoods, not just grey boxes?
I think you might be surprised that a lot of developers would prefer to do stuff like this but feel stuck doing other things because of the way government programs hem them in to deliver fast low quality spaces.

There has to be a balance and I think this can happen when we have honest conversations and transparent policies that people can understand and that work together comprehensively. It should help to have a mayor who is not seeking another term so I can try to make more long-term decisions that would allow this kind of stuff without trying to boost numbers before the 2030 election cycle.Bronagh on Reddit AMA on r/londonontario, 3 Oct
